Chaga mushrooms, also known as inonotus obliquus, is a type of fungus that mainly grows on the outside of birch trees in very cold climates. The mushrooms are relatively distinctive, as they are lumpy with an exterior similar to burnt charcoal with a softer, squishy yellow-orange core.

Chaga mushrooms help to prevent and treat cancer, stimulate the immune system, reduce inflammation and improve physical endurance. Chaga mushrooms also appear to have antiviral abilities for a large number of viruses including type 1 HIV and the hepatitis C virus.

Recommended Dosage:
