residues. Its natural mucilaginous properties will soften old hardened fecal matter for easy removal and also makes it an excellent remedy for any

inflammation in the stomach and intestines.

The Lower Bowel Formula #2 is a bowel vacuum. This formula has bentonite clay and charcoal, powerful drawing herbs. It also is binding, which makes it an excellent herbal support for any issues that result in loose bowels.

Recommended Dosage:

Take this formula(#2) 5 times per day, (every 3 hours during the day) beginning in the morning. It is best to take this formula on an empty stomach.

Take 3-4 capsules at a time

After consuming this, drink an additional eight to sixteen ounces of water.

Do the same an hour before lunch, between lunch and dinner, 1/2 hour before dinner, and one hour before bed. Be sure to drink between 64 to 128 ounces of liquid each day. This makes the herbs work better.

this formula can be slightly constipating, so you may need to increase the dosage of formula number one by one or more capsules per day.
