Our blue lavender is grown in the Provence region of France. A hybrid species between English lavender (L. angustifolia) and Portuguese lavender (L. latifolia). The intense color of the flower buds make this variety desirable for use in weddings and gifts. This variety gets the Ultra grade as its color and smell is exceptional.

Lavender (Lavandula) flowers have a flavor with pleasant citrus notes. They can be added to baked goods, teas, sorbets and more.
