While Intestinal Formula #1 stimulates your bowel's natural peristaltic action to move waste through and out, Intestinal Formula #2 is the deep cleaning partner — the intestinal vacuum. Where IF#1 works on the bowel's muscular function, IF#2 works on the bowel's content: drawing old accumulated material off the walls of the colon, out of bowel pockets, and into the waste stream for elimination. How to Use — IF#2 Protocol

Take 3-4 capsules, 5 times per day — approximately every 3 hours throughout the day. Best taken on an empty stomach.

Suggested schedule:

  • Morning — first thing on waking
  • Mid-morning — approximately 1 hour before lunch
  • Afternoon — between lunch and dinner
  • Late afternoon — approximately 30 minutes before dinner
  • Evening — approximately 1 hour before bed

After each dose drink an additional 8-16oz of water immediately. Drink a minimum of 64-128oz of liquid total throughout each day of the protocol — this is essential for the formula to work properly. The drawing and bulk-forming herbs in this formula require adequate water to function fully.

This formula is slightly constipating by nature — if needed, increase your IF#1 dose by 1 or more capsules per day while using IF#2.

Use IF#2 in conjunction with IF#1 for a complete intestinal cleanse protocol.
