How to Use — Finding Your Personal Dose

Start with 1 capsule during or just after dinner — this formula works best taken with food. The following morning you should notice an increase in bowel activity and the amount of waste eliminated. Stools should be softer and more complete.

If you notice no significant difference the next morning, increase to 2 capsules the following evening. Continue increasing by 1 capsule each evening until you find your personal WOW bowel movement — the dose that produces a dramatic, satisfying, complete elimination. Most people find their dose between 2 and 4 capsules. Some may need more — everyone's bowel is different and there is no wrong answer.

It has taken most of us years to create a sluggish bowel — be patient and increase gradually, one capsule at a time.

Continue using this formula until you are having 1 bowel movement per meal — 2 to 4 complete bowel movements daily is the target for optimal digestive wellness. As the bowel's natural muscular tone is supported over time, many find they can gradually reduce their dose.
