Colección: Baby & Child

A baby's skin isn't just smaller than an adult's — it's structurally different. The outer skin barrier is thinner and still developing, which means it absorbs more of whatever touches it and tolerates far less in the way of fragrance, essential oils, or unnecessary additives. Everything in this small collection was built with that in mind from the start, not adapted from an adult formula after the fact.

What's in This Collection

Happy Hiney Diaper Cream — a gentle barrier cream formulated specifically for infant skin, meant to protect against the friction and moisture that come with diaper use.

Unscented Whipped Tallow — the same triple-rendered tallow base used across our Skin & Beauty Support line, left completely unscented and free of added fragrance so it's suitable for the most sensitive skin, infant or otherwise.

Calendula Apricot Oil — calendula has one of the longest traditional histories of any herb used on sensitive and infant skin, valued for its gentle character. Because calendula belongs to the Asteraceae (ragweed) family, we recommend a small patch test before first full use on a baby, since there's no prior exposure to go on the way there might be with an adult.

Why We Leave Fragrance Out

Fragrance — even from naturally occurring essential oils — is one of the most common causes of skin sensitivity in infants, whose skin barrier hasn't yet developed the same tolerance an adult's has. Rather than formulate around a scent and hope it's gentle enough, we started from the opposite direction: build the simplest, cleanest base possible, and leave fragrance out entirely.

As with any new product, we recommend a small patch test before full use, and consulting your pediatrician with any questions specific to your child.

These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. Consult your pediatrician before use, especially for infants under 6 months or children with sensitive or broken skin.
