How to Brew

Traditional Overnight Soak Method:

1. Place 2 tablespoons of loose herb tea into 20 oz of distilled water in a glass or stainless steel pot.

2. Let soak overnight at room temperature.

3. In the morning, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 1 minute. Strain and drink warm.

4. Don't discard the used herbs. Return them to the pot, add 1 tablespoon of fresh herbs and another 20 oz of distilled water. Let sit overnight and repeat. Used herbs can be reused for up to 3 days before discarding.

Best enjoyed: In the morning or early afternoon for cognitive and energy wellness support. The Passion Flower and Lemon Balm also make this suitable as a calming evening cup.
Brewing tip: The Rosemary, Sage, and Peppermint are highly aromatic — their essential oils are most vibrant when the brew is drunk warm and freshly strained. The overnight soak extracts the deeper root compounds of Ginger and Eleuthero while preserving the lighter aromatics for the simmer.
