28-Day Protocol

Capsule Dosage (all 28 days): Start with 1 capsule on night 1 with your last meal. The next morning, after breakfast, notice your bowel movement. If it is noticeably more than your usual — 1 capsule per night is your dose. If no change — take 2 capsules the next night. Continue increasing by 1 capsule each night until you notice a notably more complete bowel movement. Most people find their dose at 2–4 capsules nightly. Always with food, never on an empty stomach.

Tincture Dosage: 1 dropperful (approximately 35 drops) in water or juice, 6 times daily for 7 days.

Experienced Cleansers — Protocol Schedule:
— Days 1–7: Capsules + Tincture
— Days 8–28: Capsules only

New to Cleansing — Protocol Schedule:
— Days 1–21: Capsules only
— Days 22–28: Capsules + Tincture
