How the Two Formulas Work Together
IF#1 stimulates your bowel's natural peristaltic wave action — the squeezing, kneading muscular motion that moves waste through your intestines and out of your body. It works on the bowel structure itself, supporting and strengthening the muscular function of the bowel wall over time. As the bowel's natural muscular tone is supported and strengthened through consistent use, many find that less support is eventually needed to maintain healthy regular elimination.
IF#1 is for approximately 97% of the population — those with sluggish bowels, infrequent movements, hard or sinking stools, or incomplete elimination. The only people IF#1 is not appropriate for are those with actively irritated or inflamed bowels.

IF#1 — Finding Your Personal Dose:
Start with 1 capsule of IF#1 during or just after dinner. The following morning you should notice increased bowel activity and more complete elimination. If not, increase to 2 capsules the next evening. Continue increasing by 1 capsule each evening until you find your WOW bowel movement — the dose that produces dramatic, complete elimination. Most people find their dose between 2-4 capsules. Always take IF#1 with food. Be patient — increase gradually, one capsule at a time.
IF#2 — Daily Protocol:
Take 3-4 capsules of IF#2, 5 times per day — approximately every 3 hours. Best taken on an empty stomach.
- Morning — on waking
- Mid-morning — approximately 1 hour before lunch
- Afternoon — between lunch and dinner
- Late afternoon — approximately 30 minutes before dinner
- Evening — approximately 1 hour before bed
After each IF#2 dose drink an additional 8-16oz of water immediately.
Drink a minimum of 64-128oz of liquid daily throughout the protocol. Adequate hydration is essential — the bulk-forming and drawing herbs in IF#2 require water to work effectively.
IF#2 is slightly constipating — if needed, increase your IF#1 dose by 1 or more capsules while using IF#2 together.
Continue until you are having 2-4 complete bowel movements daily — one for every meal you eat.
