Ingredients:
Wildcrafted Slippery Elm inner bark, Organic Flax seed, Activated Willow charcoal, Pharmaceutical Grade Bentonite Clay, Organic Apple Fruit Pectin, Organic Psyllium seed and husk, Organic Marshmallow root, Peppermint Leaf.
Recommended Dosage:
Take this formula 5 times per day, (every 3 hours during the day) beginning in the morning.
Take 3-4 capsules at a time
After consuming this, drink an additional eight to sixteen ounces of water.
Do the same an hour before lunch, between lunch and dinner, 1/2 hour before dinner, and one hour before bed. Be sure to drink between 64 to 128 ounces of liquid each day. This makes the herbs work better.
this formula can be slightly constipating, so you may need to increase the dosage of formula number one by one or more capsules per day.

Better than most, dosen’t clear up the diarrhea but it needs something for gas which it causes. I will continue to use until I find a better herbal. Other than shipping. Ground is faster than advantage. This item left Fl. Went to Nevada and sat for two days , 3rd day it went to Memphis and finally to me.
