Directions: Put 2 tablespoons of herbs in 20 ounces of distilled water. Let soak overnight. In the morning, bring to a boil and let simmer for 1 minute. Strain and drink warm. If you are drinking more tea tomorrow, do not discard used herbs. Put used herbs back into the pot, add 1 tablespoon of fresh herbs and 20 ounces of distilled water. Let sit overnight and repeat whole process. Used herbs last for up to 3 days.
