Finding your capsule dosage: Start with 1 capsule on night 1 with your last meal. The next morning, after breakfast, notice your bowel movement. Continue increasing by 1 capsule each night until you notice a notably more complete bowel movement. Most people find their dose at 2–4 capsules nightly.
