Adding nutrients

After reading about the nutritional value of Moringa , I wanted to add it to my diet. So far, so good. No negative reactions . I prefer it to taking vitamin tablets, and plan to continue with it, and find other nutrient dense plants. Thanks.

I've been taking these for a few days now & I really like taking it like this. The capsules are easy to swallow too. Drink plenty of water & you're all good.
