Ingredients:

Wildcrafted Slippery Elm inner bark, Organic Flax seed, Activated Willow charcoal, Pharmaceutical Grade Bentonite Clay, Organic Apple Fruit Pectin, Organic Psyllium seed and husk, Organic Marshmallow root, Peppermint Leaf.

Recommended Dosage:
 
Take this formula 5 times per day, (every 3 hours during the day) beginning in the morning.
 
Take 3-4 capsules at a time
 
After consuming this, drink an additional eight to sixteen ounces of water.
 
Do the same an hour before lunch, between lunch and dinner, 1/2 hour before dinner, and one hour before bed. Be sure to drink between 64 to 128 ounces of liquid each day. This makes the herbs work better.
