Stinging nettle root, also known as Urtica dioica, is a perennial flowering plant used primarily to benefit skin, bone, and urinary health. Alfalfa leaf, also known as Medicago sativa, is a perennial flowering plant with kidney shaped leaves that are greenish-yellow in color. The leaves turn brown with age while the plants grow purple flowers. Alfalfa leaves are abundant in carotene, protein, calcium, amino acids, and vitamins B, C, D, and K. Alfalfa leaves are commonly used for kidney conditions, bladder and prostate conditions, and to increase urine flow. 

Goldenrod, also known as Solidago virgaurea, is a perennial flowering plant used on the skin to heal wounds. It blooms in August and September, and is typically found in North America. It grows in meadows and open sunny areas. It has also been used as a diuretic, meaning that it helps the body to get rid of excess fluid. In folk medicine, it is used as a mouth rinse to treat inflammation of the mouth and throat.
